Still getting a blank page. Webglreport shows green. Frustrating thing is that it was working less than 24 hours ago! I'm also getting a blank page in Microsoft Edge btw.

The "Change Video Speed" tool is indeed not currently available in the new version (new.express.adobe.com) but you can still access it from https://express.adobe.com/tools/change-speed
Hope this helps,

I'm out! Switching to Microsoft Sway, which is included with my Microsoft 365 subscription. It has all the features plus audio, which I use to create my webpages. [weblink removed as per forum guidelines] Show Adobe, since they don't seem to be listening!

I'm stunned by what a step back this is for Adobe. It feels like you want all of the shiny new stuff, but nothing really works and everything we did before this change is now unusable. Sure, you can spend days transferring files, but then when you get them, good luck trying to edit that format. There are weird clipping boxes and random actions/interfaces that are completely out of the blue. The Martians that came down and programmed this didn't share the code with anyone here on earth.... and there isn't much help on Adobe's site. Just flowerly tutorials that don't help. Now looking into Canva.....

Hi @jrbx123
Sorry to hear you are finding the new Express unusable. Could you please share, preferably as a separate post, screenshots of the "weird clipping boxes" and details about "random, out of the blue actions/interfaces"?
Thanks,
Abhi G

Maybe you could read the whole thread here and start addressing the issues posted by your various customers instead of just using canned responses that don't help your customers and then provide no additional feedback once your customers describe the myriad of issues you've caused.

Well its the start of the end of Adobe, now i really need an alternative. i need to work and earn money not play around with constant changes. updates are ok but not changing the whole thing and also not working as it should be...no time for this driving me mad

Why are you still ignoring the core request of your customers? Give us the option to revert back to legacy Express. This forced downgrade is unwanted, unfinished and unacceptable in more ways than one.
Please, quit ignoring your paying customers, you're quite literally ruining people's jobs. Get it together Adobe.
Ever heard of the Sonic the Hedgehog movie? Does anyone else recall the studio being heckled so badly about the look of his teeth in the movie that consumers FORCED the studio to redo the whole movie??? They listened to their consumers instead of ignoring them and saved themselves from a GIGANTIC flop of a release.. Go figure. Take notes Adobe!!

Pass it on. Help your customers. Quit ignoring the core issue.
Please, please, for the love of all that's mighty, PLEASE FIND A WAY TO LET US REVERT, PLEEEEEASE!?!

Not sure what this new update did but it's causing basic preview and upload issues that I have not experienced prior to the "New Adobe Express"

@Tavian266413198g2g sorry to hear you are running into issues. Could you please provide details, in a separate post, about the preview and upload issues you are facing?

I am unable to use Adobe Express since the update. For a while there you had the previous version available for users to revert to instead, but now that you have removed that, I can't use Express. It won't load for me at all, I just get a blank screen with the Adobe symbol.

It is not possible to edit projects made with the old version of Adobe Express without "migrating" them and therefore modifying their URL. I have printed out hundreds of wedding invitations with the "old" website URL. Now what Adobe? Please, this is a critical situation for me and I need a solution ASAP.

Hello,
I'm just curious why if you publish changes to a 'webpage' in https://new.express.adobe.com/ why does it not update the previous URL?
It creates a new URL... is there not a way to update the old URL, which is the same file within Express?
We have a webpage that is updated often, and we cannot go through and hand update EVERY url, since you decided to give everything a new URL with this disatorous product update.
Please let me know I'm just doing something wrong and this isn't the way this functions now.

Hey, Abhi.G @ ADBE @Amitej S how about a reply to my question about the webpage feature of Adobe Express?
This is a fairly concerning matter that seems to be getting skipped. I'm getting questions about why I cannot update already in-use URLs... and I do not have an answer for them.

Sorry for having missed your message. I don't have good news, however. If you edit and republish your file in the new version of Express, the link will change the first time. I don't know all the technical details, but the team that works on this feature did not take this decision lightly.
Sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

"the team that works on this feature did not take this decision lightly."
Wtih all due respect, what does this even mean? This just sounds like they took the easy way out, instead of doing it the CORRECT way. In no way should a PUBLISHED URL ever change. This is pretty basic logic and thinking. This decision on just shows that 'the team' doesn't really care about the end user, they just wanted to push a sub-par product to the lauch phase and pat themselves on the back on a job well done. Well, I'm sure you can see, with these 7 pages of complaints, that this product is not waht people wanted.
Maybe 'the team' should revist some of their decisoin making, and think about the end user and not just rushing to a horribly bothced launched.

@Jason31808052wwg1, looks like you are trying this on a mobile phones. The new verssion of Express does not support mobile yet. Could you try new.express.adobe.com on a desktop/laptop?
Thanks

Yes, it was on mobile, I was trying different browsers, networks and platforms because I can't even get the website to load. At work, at home, Chrome, Edge, all the same. Does not load a page. I'm in Canada and I've seen other reports of similar issues. Here is what Chrome reports on laptop:
The webpage at https://new.express.adobe.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
