Is there a way to set up an approval process for Adobe Express Content Scheduling so that content won't be posted live on social until an admin releases the post?

Thank you for your message.
If you don't want to post live on social media, you can put the post on "Draft post". In the window of a new post, you can tick the box next to "Draft post" under time. There's no approval process for now.
When you're ready to schedule or publish, you can edit later and uncheck the box next to "Draft post". To help you with the navigation, you can look at the attached screenshot. Please follow this link for scheduling and posting social media posts.

Is adding an approval process something that Adobe is looking to implement in the future? This would help us creators who need management approval before posting immensely in our workflow and project management to be able to have the creation, approval, and posting actions all under one roof.
