Issue with Scheduler- Facebook

Our team has been testing out the social media scheduling feature in Adobe Express. We primarily use Facebook & Instagram. We love the idea (being able to schedule over a month out and the fact that it has the built in generative text function), but in practice it is not working. We write up a caption and add the image, then we hit schedule to Facebook and instagram. It shows up in the schedule that it is posting to both Facebook & instagram, but then when the time comes to publish, it only publishes the instagram version. Are we doing something wrong?

Thanks for sharing — great to hear you're using the scheduler and generative tools!

What you're describing shouldn't be happening. If posts only go to Instagram but not Facebook, try this:

– Go to Scheduler > Settings > Social Profiles and reconnect both accounts.
– Make sure your Facebook page is linked to a Business account with full permissions.
– Try re-creating the post from scratch, which often helps with syncing issues.
