What you're describing shouldn't be happening. If posts only go to Instagram but not Facebook, try this:
– Go to Scheduler > Settings > Social Profiles and reconnect both accounts.
– Make sure your Facebook page is linked to a Business account with full permissions.
– Try re-creating the post from scratch, which often helps with syncing issues.
