Issues with Green Screen Removal as a Premium Member

Hi Adobe team,

I'm reaching out for assistance regarding the green screen removal process in Express  If there's a method I may have missed, please let me know, but I'm finding this feature extremely unreliable.

As a premium member, when I attempt to use the green screen (background removal) feature, about 90% of the time, it either fails to work correctly or removes everything in the frame, including the subject. This disruption forces me to stop my creative workflow, remove the element from the project, and use third-party software (often free) to complete a task that Adobe should handle seamlessly. I then have to import it back into the Adobe platform, which is frustrating and counterproductive.

I’m essentially having to leave a paid platform to perform a basic task elsewhere, only to return and continue my work. This seems like a significant flaw in functionality. Could you please clarify why this happens and if there are any solutions or updates in the works to address this issue?
