Issues with the new version fof the app

I'm just really unhappy with the new version of the app. I've been avoiding it and reverting back to the old version so far but today accidentally clicked on 'migrate files'; and to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. The new version lags all the time, it's always lagging. I truly do not understand half of the new features and even something as simple as making a collage has become an incomprehensible task. I'm so lost, I don't know where all the old perfectly fine features went and I'm constantly clicking around trying to figure out what half these new buttons even mean. How do I change the size/format of my documents??? How do I make an actual collage where the app doesn't squeeze every photo until we can't see any??? Why is the collage photo limit 9 now??? I just want to go back to the old version which was perfect for me. I want to ask if either all these issues are going to be resolved or if there's any way I could go back to the old version. Sorry to hear you are not enjoying the new version of Express. There isn't a way to go back to the old version, but this community forum is here to help! Hopefully, the new interface will soon become more familiar to you as you spend more time with it. Meanwhile, the product team is continually making improvements and responding to feedback about feature gaps, usability and performance issues etc.

Which iPhone model are you using, and what's the iOS version?

How do I change the size/format of my documents

Could you please share a screenshot of what you are observing? Is the layout of the collage such that the photos are tiny (and that you can't change the layout anymore)?

This is true of the collage quick action (on mobile and desktop), which is in Beta. The limit may be relaxed once it it out of beta. Also, on desktop, if you are able to use it, there is a "Create collage" button inside the editor that allows more images.
