Lr album missing from iPad

I have an Lr album that I use for staging posts. I can see the album from Lr on the iPad. I can see it from Lr and Adobe Express (AE) on my iPhone. I can't see it on AE on the iPad. I've tried waiting. I've tried removing and reinstalling the appp. 

why isn't this album appearing?

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry you cannot locate your Lr file from your Ipad.

Do you mind sharing how this file was created and where this file is stored? e.g. In the iPad library, Apple files app, creative cloud etc.
