Media Tab will not load.

I just started having trouble with the media tab in Adobe Express. I clik on it, it goes from black to white and then nothing loads over on the right. It was working before.

Online it says clear cache, etc. I do this, it does not help. I have done this on Chrome and Safari. I don't have any other browsers. I restarted the application several times, no change.

What is going on?

only thing I did differently is I used a template but the template does not have any music. Also the bar below my video invites me to add music, but when I clik there, nothing happens.

Please help.

Here are a few steps we can try together to get the media tab loading again:

Try a different template or start from a blank project – the issue may be related to that specific template.
Check your browser extensions, especially ad or script blockers, as they might interfere with Express features.
Use incognito/private mode in Chrome or Safari – this helps rule out cache/cookie issues.
Update your browser – ensure Chrome and Safari are on their latest versions.

If none of that helps, could you let us know:

Is this happening with every project or just one?
Are you working with a lot of media files or longer videos?
What device and OS version are you using?

Tried a different template, did not work

Checked my browser extensions and did not see any of the above, in fact only two extensions.

I do not know how to use Incognitio/private mode, but I did clear cache, cookes etc, multimple times and no avail

I have the latest version of Chrome and Safari, I don't want to upgrade my entire operating system yet, because that means a backup, however I am using Sonoma 14.7.4. Mac.

This only happened on the newest project using a template. I am wondering if I need to delete both those projects because, it was only after using them that this occured. I can save the videos on my desktop would be easy to rebuild them again without the added stuff.

I have also gone back to older videos and they do show the music is on there and will play music but still cannot access the media - to change that music or see other music. So this entire tab is blanked out, shows white where it should show music choices, etc.

Oh meant to mention. I also used Duck Duck Go as a browser, same issue there.
