My iOS Adobe Express has a collage authoring tool, but I can't find it on my Windows version

Why is it that one of the most powerful features of Adobe Express for iOS, Collage creation, is not available on the Windows verion of AE?

Hello John,  the Windows app (and the browser version) does have Collage but it may be accessed differently than before. When you have all your images on a canvas, drag around them to select them and on the left-hand side the panel should show the option Collage.
