I cannot access any templates or the explore feature on my Mac desktop. I get white space where the graphics should be. Everything else works. I contacted the support, but after waiting over an hour on chat, it closed the chat box.
To bring out changes that break the system during black Friday and Christmas when people need graphics is appalling. I've now moved to Canva.

Can you share a screenshot of the templates? Have you tried using another browser to access the templates? What happens if you refresh that page or close it to open a new one after clearing the caches and cookies? Did you try to download a template? If so, have you seen white space?
