No sé qué está pasando que desde ayer la actualización de ADOBE EXPRESS (versión gratuita) no consigue actualizarla. Me da error 501. Sin embargo, analizando el error citado, que lo que dice es que tengo que finalizar tarea en otros procesos de Adobe, una vez que los he cerrado y reiniciado, tampoco se consigue actualizar. NO SÉ QUÉ PUEDE PASAR. Gracias.

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Gracias. Estoy usando la página web de Adobe. Ya he seguido tus pasos y he intentado actualizar desde microsoft Edge y Google Chrome. También en la manera de "incógnito" y he borrado la caché y los cookies. Pero creo que es más un problema de los servidores de Adobe puesto que es la misma página la que no consigue actualizarme en los dos Navegadores. Bueno, lo voy a dejar porque no lo uso mucho. Es la versión 3.17 de Adobe Express. Mil gracias de todas formas

Were you using any third-party plugins/extensions on your browsers? Would you be willing to share a screen recording with us so we can investigate further?

Bueno, vamos a seguir. Voy a intentarlo en otro portátil a ver si allí actualiza Adobe Express. Vale. ES UNA RED DOMÉSTICA. NO HE CAMBIADO EL PROVEEDOR DE SERVICIOS DE INTERNET, NI EL ROUTER. NO UTILIZO VPN. Gracias. Yo creo que más bien es un tema de Adobe. Gracias.
