Not displaying full images

My presentation is not showing the full images. It's like they have been cropped down, severely in some cases, just barely in others. I've tried different browsers, looked at my two presentations in the app and using the published link. It looks the same everywhere, but not how I created it. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This shouldn't be happening with Adobe Express.

Could you please share the screenshots of the presentation project you're having trouble with? Is this happening with all projects or just one in particular?

We attempted to reproduce this on our end, and it worked fine.

You could try again after clearing the cache and cookies from your browser. Also, could you see whether operating in incognito mode makes a difference?
