I had an older account connected to my student account. Since I am no longer a student, my access became limited. I was still able to create files since I was still paying for the subscription (it was no longer the student price btw after I graduated) so I thought all was well. I had been creating documents for the last few months for a small business I am helping out.
This cloud had my senior capstone project, my portfolio, my resume, and the project for the small business. Months and YEARS of work were suddenly deleted without warning. I no longer had access to the student email, so any warnings about deletion was never received. A few months ago, I tried to convert everything to my new account under my personal email instead with a customer representative, and I was basically told to shove it.
Does ANYONE know how to retrieve older cloud documents from an account that was deleted without warning? Or at least get it back temporarily in order to retrieve the documents?
