Hi I need help for ages I can't access anything on the Adobe express app on my iPhone. I click on and image and this comes up for so long and nothing happens. Can someone please help? It's urgent

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I would want to know if the issue is limited to just this file or if it happens with all files. I recommend rebooting the mobile device. It might also be worth testing if the same issue happens from a computer if that is an option at https://adobe.ly/3XLNnwQ

I have been having this same issues!! It's only on my mobile app and I have deleted and redownloaded so many times. It's been like this for about a week now! 

I got it to work on my laptop, I have just had to do so much workaround to get it back on my phone. Such a hassle!!!
