Poor image resolution for Spark projects on tablet

I need to understand why images imported into a Spark project have very poor image resolution when previewing on an iPad tablet.

I create the Spark project in the creative cloud express desktop application, and use photoshop to format and crop images for import into my the structure. After applying the glideshow effect, I publish the project then copy the link. I preview it on desktop and send the link to preview it on a tablet and phone.  The resolution of images have a reasonable quality on desktop and in horizontal orientation on a phone but are unacceptable when viewing on a tablet (vertical and horizontal) and in vertical on a phone.

I'd appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try signing out of the app and then signing back in. If not, try a different system. Try a different device. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. If these steps do not do any trick then write us back with the screenshot of the project. We will look into this further. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.

Thanks

Manmeet
