Printing Flyers - We have encountered an error while exporting your document.

NEED HELP

 

Have designed some flyers on Adobe Express and ready send to print. Seems it uses Zazzle which is fine and i'm happy to proceed with the order - BUT I get an error message when trying to add the order to my basket!!!

 

Need urgent help please!!!

This has been resolved now. It was out of date icons being used. It was resolved by one of your live agents. Thanks anyway.

Have you tried working in incognito/private browsing mode to see if that helps? Are you able to download the project as a PDF, PNG, or JPG? It will help us check if there's any stock element in the project that might be causing this issue. Also, would you be able to share the project with us via DM to check this on our end? You can duplicate the project and the URL with us on DM; we'd then ask for edit permission on it.

I have tried incognito mode and still the same error message. Also unable to download to PDF,PNG or JPG.

Hey @haroon_9301, thanks for sharing access to the project. I tried to download it as a PDF and a PNG, and it worked fine for me. We are investigating the print-on-demand (Zazzle) feature, which will require some time. We'll let you know once we have an update on it. Also, can you switch to a different internet connection until then to see if that makes any difference? Being on a VPN or work network (restricted) can also cause this issue.
