Quality of images posted on Instagram via the planner

Hello, I make a lot of soft and pastel visuals, but when I post them directly on Instagram, I notice that my visuals lose quality (maybe it's due to the compression of the social network). This is why I systematically retouch contrast and saturation with Instagram's internal settings before posting on the social network.

I've noticed that when I program posts on the planner, they post directly to Instagram without being able to retouch the colors.

My question is simple: does going through the planner result in the same degradation in quality as when posting directly to instagram, or does the posted rendering remain faithful to the original?

This has been happening with me too – but only since the latest update release for AE.
Previously images posted using the AE Schedule Tool rendered fine, now they're blurry/low resolution.
Hopefully the team at Adobe, will fix the issue soon (and all the others).
