It seems like you're trying to use the " Animate from Audio" feature. Can you please let us know if this happens every time you download it? Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies of your browser or tried working on other recommended browsers like (edge/chrome/safari/firefox)? 

Also, ensure that you have a stable internet connection for Adobe Express to work seamlessly.
