I am a PSU student and I am using the creative cloud app to access the Adobe Express(Web) app. It brings me to the webpage and when I go to sign in I get that message. I understand it may be an issue with my ID or something with my school. I really need Adobe support to just tell me what's wrong or unlock express for me. It's urgent and needs to be resolved today.

Hi there, 

 

  1. Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/
  2. Select Logout from the toolbar at the top of the screen
  3. Click on “Sign in,” and you'll see your last logged-in Adobe ID
  4. Click on the ID type (personal or enterprise) and log in again.

 

If these steps do not work, please contact your IT Admin.
