"Breast Cancer Awareness" violates user guidelines?

I'm trying to generate a text to template for a social media post about our office wearing pink to support breast cancer awareness, and the words "breast cancer" appear to "violate user guidelines". I can't imagine how this would be the case.

Hi @default3304065093xrlf

I applaud your participation in B*r*e*a*s*t  Cancer Awareness month.

It reminds me I'm due for a mammogram. 😍

Adobe Express is used by K-12 schools.  I think that's why the nannie-filter is flagging "breast."

Suggestions:

  • Use "Chest or Women's Cancer Awareness Month."
  • Use a graphic instead of text.
  • Disguise text with asterisks as I did above.

Hope that helps.
