I am a Technology Integration Specialist for Calvert County Public Schools in Maryland. We have been using the Adobe Express Video creator with students. Many of them are finding that once they record voiceovers, several of their pages are sped up and are unable to be understood. This is sometimes fixed by redoing it, but it isn't always fixed. This has occurred with several different grades and with different schools. Students are using system issue Lenovo laptops. We cannot find a pattern as to why this may occur.
Can you help troubleshoot?

Thank you. I apologize for not posting in the proper place. Honestly, I find the manner of seeking help to be challenging. Kindly, point me in the right direction to seek assistance properly. Much appreciated.

you're welcome, and i also think adobe's website is difficult to use. so, you're not alone there.
in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/ (but even with that list it may not be obvious where you should post, although with an adobe express issue, it' pretty clear the adobe express forum would be the place for your post).
