Problem of request timed out persists when you are doing a background removal on a photo uploaded to your template
Can you let us know what platform (Webapp, iOS, Android) you are working on that resulted in this workflow?
If you're working on the webapp, you may try after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser. You can also try working on a different browser or on the incognito/private browser mode to check if that makes any difference.
