Shape is downloading as black, but saved in colour?

Here's an interesting glitch...

The animation saves the file in colour (refer to the "gig guide" banner top left corner

But then when downloading it, it is always black.

Only this shape.  Regardless of what colour the banner is saved as.

Any thoughts?

Sorry for the trouble. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try signing out of the app and then signing back in. If not, try a different system. Try a different device. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
