Sharing a Template File

New Here ,
Sep 10, 2024 Sep 10, 2024

Hello.  I created a template flyer for Animal Shelters & Rescues to use to promote adoptable dogs.  Does the Live Link allow someone that does not use Adobe to modify the template?  I am tyring to make it easier for the shelters/rescues to update the flyers in real time as I do not have time to make individual flyers for every dog in every shelter/rescue in Sacramento.  I volunteer my time to do this.  Thanks for any help/suggestions.

Hi! If you share templates you can allow users to make changes to the template by setting controls before you share the template.

More important in this case: when sharing a template with someone who doesn't have a premium plan subscription is to only use free assets, fonts etc. If you use premium assets in your template someone with a free plan can't change or download the template. More on this can be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/express/manage-brands-libraries-and-projects/manage-collaboration/edit-share...

Also, if the organizations that will be using your templates are non-profit organizations they might be eligeble for a free Premium Plan, that way they can use all functionalities of Adobe Express. More on that: https://www.adobe.com/express/nonprofits

I hope this helps!
