Using this new version of Express is literally like stepping back 30 years in time and trying to design on an original windows computer. What the heck is this??

Sorry to hear about your experience with Adobe Express. This isn't the experience we'd want you to have! 

 

Since when are you experiencing this issue? Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies of the browser? Can you try logging out and then back in to check if that makes any difference?

 

I'd also recommend you check the requirements once here: https://helpx.adobe.com/express/system-requirements.html and see if everything is set up correctly.
