Storage Error

I have zero files uploaded to the site and it says I cannot upload anything as my storage is full. When I click "manage" it shows all of my nonexistent files so I am unable to use the free version of the software.

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. I don't understand what you mean by your non-existent files. Would it be possible to share a screenshot?
