Unable to create your new file error

Hi! I'm a new premium user to Adobe Express via the organisation I work at. I have been unable to create new files with any of the existing templates for my brand. I have tried logging in and logging out, I have tried using the browser and app versions but I keep getting the same error. What am I doing wrong?
