Hey there,

 

Could you try downloading pdf after clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you're using, or you may also try to work in incognito browser mode to see if that makes any difference? 

Also, Is it happening with a specific project or with all projects? Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the error for reference?

 

We are here to help just need some more info.

I'm having the same issue. Here is the screenshot. I'll try clearing my cache and cookies and see if it helps. I have created two similar collages today and downloaded them as PDF files without any issue. I don't know why the third is giving me issues?
