Good morning, Adobe has updated and I can no longer open my files before the update. It is unable to create and open, but creates a slide which is gray with no images.

I can create files but the files will not download making them unusable. I am using Chrome browser. Everything was working correctly yesterday. The files is stuck in download example - untitled.mp4.crdownload

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Do you get any kind of error? Could you try in incognito mode and after clearing the browser cache?
