Unable to search for Fonts

Adobe fonts will show this screen every time I try to lookup a font (see attached) I can't even type something common in the search bar such as Arial. I've already reach out to Adobes' IT department, they suggested I remove this product then re-add it to the account like normal, and it should fix the issue, but never did. Has anyone else experinced this issue?
