unable to share a project

Hi, I am trying to share a cc express project with a customer who recently bought cc express for social media posts. I create templates that he can then modify and publish.

however, when I try to share the project i get the message that I need to remove logos and branded fonts first. I don't understand why i need to do that since it SHOULD be branded for the customer.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks,

Stefan

Hi Stefan, thanks for reporting back. FYI, when you share your project with a published link then it will be an image file and anyone who has that link can open the project but can't edit it. For collaborating/tag team feature always use the "Share">>>"invite" route. Hope this is clear.

We hope you don't have to post here again as this will resolve your issue.

Thanks,

Saquib

Hi Stefan,

Sorry for the trouble. We can get this checked. Would you be able to type in the email manually and try reinviting your client? Also, would you be able to clear the cache and try again with the incognito/private mode on the browser you are using?

Let us know if this works. We are here to help.

Thanks,
Saquib

Hi Saquib,

I am using the ipad add of cc express. I get this message before entering any email. When I click on "share with link" I can send it to the client but he just receives an image file.

On the web-app I can share via: "share">"make a template" and then save it to a shared library. But here the customer can't edit at all (it is again just shared as an image)

When I try "share">"invite" the customer gets the invite and sees the template. He can't open it in the mobile app though and gets the message that this file is only editable in the web app … We haven't tried this yet but it seems that this is the way forward.

If it works this issues is resolved, if not I will post here again and let you know.

Thanks,

Stefan

I am having the same issue.  I just uploaded a whole bunch of pictures and created a slideshow and Share button remains greyed out.
When I go to exit, it says there are pending tasks but all the pictures are uploaded and I don't see any circling.
Any suggestions ?

Hi!

I am trying to share my project publically for a school project but it says sharing is restricted. Is there anyway I can share this project publically and get a link?

Thanks
