I am using Magic School AI. I subscribed to it because it has an image generator through Adobe express. However, It does not work. It says that generative AI feature is not available in my account. I was on chat with an online assistant for more than an hour but it did not work at all. I went through the instructions on pop up blockers but it did not work. Anyone who can help, please?

The Adobe Image Generator is not comapible with mobile broswers, even if you request the desktop version it will not work. The error message is The Magic School support staff has acknowledged that it is an issue on the adobe side of things. Looks like the solution is for Adobe to make Adobe Express, where the image generator lives, compatible with Chrome and Safari Mobile browsers or at the very least the desktop version of Chrome in iPads. When I login to Magic School.ai and click on Adobe Image Generator the message says it is not available in Safari (even though I launched from Chrome and requested the desktop version) We have over 1000 students in our org that have iPads. Please help.

I echo this issue. It does not open when trying to launch it on the mobile browser for Book Creator on the iPad either.
