Unhiding Text

I have read only access to a bank account to do P&Ls. The memo part of the statement, which is critical to my work, is hidden. How can I unhide this text? I have tried exporting, but that doesn't work. I am using a Mac.

It's difficult to say right off the bat because there is no hide/unhide function in Adobe Express. That means it's possible that someone place something on top to hide "manually" the area concerned. Is it OK if you share an image? (crop to remove sensitive info)

If not, click on the different layers on the side panel and see if there is one that contains a - say - white rectangle that acts as a placeholder, hideing what's underneath from view. If that's the case, you can just delete it (be sure to unlock it if it's locked.)

Now I'm assuming you're talking about Adobe Express. If you're talking about another software, let me know and I'll redirect you to the right forum.

You might need to contact the bank. They may have a reason for hiding the text and have locked you out of seeing it. Check with them first and let us know what they say.

If you are looking at a PDF where the information has been redacted, then the information is actually been removed and it is no longer there. We don't know if that is the case for you or not.
