upload from device

[Freddy’s nightmare]

"Upload from device" on my Mac Studio isn't functioning. When I click on it, nothing happens. I can drag pictures, but I can't upload them. Others have experienced this issue.

Thanks for reaching out. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
