Uploaded images blurry

How best to handle when the uploaded image is blurry.

On my phone, the pictures are okay but uploaded it looks blurry.

Thanks for your patience. Are you using the app on mobile or on the desktop? Does it get blurry when you upload or after you export the file? What is the format of the file? 

 

Have you tried uploading the image through a different network or device to check out connectivity issues? Have you tried clearing the cache of your app or platform?

 

We're here to help, just need some info.

Hi Tarun,

Adobe Stock Photo is also blurry and appears as a blank gray area with a red error mark on the upper right corner of the stock photo.
