Urgent Request for Account Reinstatement

My name is Victorius, and I am currently facing a significant challenge with my Adobe Express account, which has been suspended due to concerns regarding the use of images from Dimas Ripa (Contributor Account ID: 211087851).

I want to clarify that I used Dimas's images in my designs without any intention to infringe on copyrights. I believe there has been a misunderstanding, as Dimas is not at fault in this situation.

The suspension of my account is severely impacting my ability to complete an important design project. I am reaching out to seek your support and guidance on how to expedite the review process for my account reinstatement.

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has advice on how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Thank you for your understanding and assistance!

You posted about this back On OCT 26th of last year.   I think you have your answer:  You probably are done using Adobe Express and need to move over to canva or some onther online creation tool.   Adobe employees sometimes check in, but their entire help community is user based.

Your post from OCT 26th, 2024, has been removed, I viewed it myself about 4 hours ago.  It was probably deleted by an admin for being a duplicate post.

I've chatted with Adobe agents many times about this, I've also read the post almost the same case as me, oh my god I use a lot of pictures from that contributor on my Adobe Express. And in the afternoon when I wanted to do it, it couldn't be downloadedJepretan Layar 2025-01-17 pukul 21.32.31.png

That's your problem- you appear to put all of your eggs on one basket----you should have mutliple creation tools in your tools box, instad of apparently one.    If one content creator is keeping you from completing your work- your workflow, how you do things- is not working.   

You need to change your workflow, find different resources, and move on.

Nope, I'm a user- this is a user to user based forum.  I don't have the little Adobe Icon in my image- that's a pretty obvious way of of showing I'm not alffiliated with Adobe. 

I'm pretty much done here as you seem to refuse how things are.  I've offered opinions, based upon about 20 years of my experience, which you apparently don't like and refuse to believe in anything that I say.
