Freelance consultant here looking to provide some deliverables for a small local business. Can I modify premium templates to distribute to small local business to be used for marketing purposes?

I want to take a premium template and modify it uniquely to the small local business then have them post it to their social media account. What do I need to know?

I don't think your license extends to 2nd or 3rd parties.  Unless they have a Premium Adobe Express plan, they cannot utilize premium content.

"If you used premium content to create your design, such as premium Adobe Stock images or videos, your free collaborator will be unable to license the premium content and can’t export the file. This also applies to premium fonts."

Thanks. Could that be interpreted differently? If you use premium content and want to collaborate with someone using the free version, they cannot access your premium content.

Digital property is protected.  Litigation is costly.   As a freelancer, I make certain that whatever I turn over to clients is 100% free & clear for commercial use.  Always read licenses carefully. When in doubt, consult an attorney.

Ok. Back to original question. If I take a premium template with free assets (listed in my license history) and modify the content to be specific to a local small business, can they then post it to their social media account?

Not looking for lawyers, looking for Adobe experts. Need help finding supported evidence from Adobe how to proceed.
