I like using Express for quick text captions and animations but my 24 fps videos convert to 30 fps. Also, where can we see the export options and bit rates for video projects? Is there a way to change a project to high bit-rate and 24 fps in Adobe Express? Or open in Media Encoder for Export? Thanks.
