Video Layers Missing

I pulled up a previous project so that I could edit the video for the project and add some things to it. When I access the video that I worked with previously all of the text and layers that I added to the video are missing. It just keeps saying that it is loading. Where is my work that I spend so much time on? If I can't leave a project and come back to it this is not going to work for me. Please help me get this work back so I don't have to recreate it.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know how did you access the project? 

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

If the above-mentioned steps don't work,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.
