I am using Adobe Express App on my laptop. I recorded a voiceover and listened back to it and it was perfect. I attempted to "download" but received the message "still working on it" and that I could download later. No way to save the file otherwise. Came back later and now my voiceover is missing and there is no sound other than the original video sounds. I tried opening up previous version but they also did not have the voiceover. This was recorded with another person and now hours of work are lost. Is there any way to recover the voiceover? This is a terrible product. It will never let you download your videos and constantly has error messages.

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
After this, try using the app again and see how it goes.
