Webpage option on mobile app now longer an option

I use Express in my classes. I show how to create an account, the options, etc. while using a computer display while students use the mobile app on phones. Only now, once you select the plus option on the mobile app, the webpage option is no longer an option, or at least we can't find it. The option is still available when using a computer. The only options are such things as flyers, Instagram posts, etc. Webpage and video are not even available options if I do a search. Help!

The option to create webpages is only available on the browser or the Adobe Express desktop app.
