I always selected multiple photos and createed a photo collage with the older version, and that is why I have been using the app. Has that function gone from the new version, or is it somewhere deep down the menu? I really like to go back to the older one . . .
The ability to create a collage by first providing a set of photos does not exist in the new mobile app. We are working on this. For now, you can create a blank new file, add a Grid object (with the right number of cells) and replace the placeholder images in the Grid with your own.
After I had performed an update, I realized that the new update has caused a memory glitch where certain collages has disappeared… I wonder if there was an to go back to the prior version before the update, making preset collages has also been gone…
Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. Before migrating your files to the new version, you can switch back to the previous version to complete ongoing projects. Follow instructions at https://adobe.ly/new-express-files. If the files are migrated, you cannot return to the prior version. After migrating files, some of your animations may appear slightly different in the new Adobe Express.

I'm wondering how you go back to the previous version if it's not showing the message at the top of the screen in the mobile. None of my collages will open correctly in the new verison and I can't create any ones without doing alot of work.
Thisvis the type of stuff that makes people like me pirate older software that just worked. You can't expect people to keep paying for a subscription forevwr when you break things. And the discounts don't feel like discounts when you remove features or break things. 10 years ago y'all were basically the standard. Now I hope y'all fail.
Welcome to the community! Are you referring to the collage maker on mobile? If so, this feature is available for everyone under the Quick Actions option.
Just tried to use this feature now and it is not available- and I have just subbed for another year! So annoyed with this as its the main thing I use Adobe Express for- when is it coming back?
Thank you for the link- I should have specified that I was talking about the mobile/phone version. I see that is availalbe on the desktop version but it is no longer available on the phone app- which is where i did most of my photo collage making with the app
The Collage maker quick action is temporarily disabled on mobile as we work through a critical issue. We hope to bring it back soon. Thanks for your patience.
