Why does my connection to Instagram keep failing?

I have successfully connected to Pinterest and Facebook using the same account.  I changed my Instagram account to Pro.  Go thru the same steps and it keeps saying connectioin failed, with no advice as to why.

Could you kindly confirm if the connection has worked for you before?

Also, could you kindly send us a walk-through video of your steps to showcase the error for us to better understand what is happening?

 

You may also want to try disconnecting from your Facebook page and start with the Instagram connection process first.

Then you can start the Facebook connection process.

 

Please be aware that to connect to Facebook through Instagram, both accounts should be business accounts.
