Why does not support Cambodia country?

I prefer to use software license but after I tried to buy I always got 

my country does not supported, what happen to my country anyone who has experience can help me to explain about this.

What should our people in Cambodia country have to do to complice with Adobe policy or ... anythings related to get fully support for using adobe products?

please give me some idears.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when Adobe products are not fully supported in your country 😔. Currently, certain regions, including Cambodia, have limited purchase and licensing options, which is why you may see the “country not supported” message.
