Will adobe express store the pictures and videos I upload?

If I upload pictures and videos to Adobe Express, will Adobe store these pictures and use them for other purposes? And if I delete these pictures and videos in Adobe Express and delete them in Adobe Cloud Space, will Adobe never be able to browse these pictures and videos? Will these pictures and videos be completely deleted from Adobe?

Short answer: Yes your images/ videos/ content will be completely deleted.
Adobe does not use your content unless you verify that Adobe can. That is when you add the images to Adobe Stock for example.

They will be completely deleted after 30days or if you manually go in and erase them permentally.

Unless I personally upload it to Adobe Stock, Adobe Stock will not upload the pictures and videos I uploaded on any Adobe service (such as Adobe Express) to Adobe Stock without authorization? What I'm worried about is whether it's possible for Adobe to transfer my content directly to Adobe Stock through some terms.
