You support doesnt work

For a month I contact support each 2 days, they tell that the problem will be resolved in 48 hours max, and then nothing. And it repeats each time.

Hello,
I have an issue that I can't attach any bank card to my account. The
payment always gets declined (the same cards work with other adobe accounts
though), so I contacted your support (like a month ago), and they tell me
every 2 days that my case was escalated and I will receive a solution or
some information in 48 hours. It has been a month, but I've received any
answer yet. My escalation case ID is ADB-34270752-M4Y6
I don't know what to do, the chat support is useless, they just tell me to
wait 48 hours every time.
