Troubleshooting Issue with Adobe Express Embed SDK v4 - Document Title Not Displayed

New Here ,
Jul 31, 2024 Jul 31, 2024

I'm currently facing an issue with the Adobe Express Embed SDK version 4, specifically when trying to embed the SDK on my website. Despite everything appearing to load correctly, I have encountered a peculiar problem: instead of displaying the document title as expected, I see the "Powered by Adobe" message.

This issue occurs regardless of whether I'm attempting to create a new design or edit an existing one. I've gone through the documentation and ensured that my initialization parameters, including clientId and appName, are correctly set.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have any insights into what might be causing this behavior? Any advice or potential solutions would be greatly appreciated.

To join in here, we worked around this by scripting smart name creation upon return of the document, and I should have flagged the inconvenience of this here.

It does seem strange UX that the documents don't have a name in the embed modal like they do in the regular Express interface.

It would be much better if they did have an editable name, for organisation of assets on both sides. Please could you register this as a feature request?
