1080p Firefly video did not finish generation even after more than an hour

Hello,

I was trying to generate a video in Firefly web in Google Chrome (Version 141.0.7390.77) from the same set of initial/final frame in a higher resolution (1080p vs. 540p). The 540p videos generated quickly but the 1080p one is stuck at 75% progress for more than an hour now and seems not to progress anywhere.

The 500 credits are deducted. Can I somehow request the credits back when the generation did not produce any results?

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry about the issue. Could you try using a different browser? Sometimes, clearing the browser's cache helps.  I am sorry, but we do not have the option to refund credits at the moment.
