Hello, I recently generated an 8-second video using your AI tool, but it unexpectedly consumed 800 credits. I believe this is a mistake, since such a short video should not cost that much. I kindly request a review of this issue and a refund of the credits that were incorrectly deducted.

Thank you for your message. 

The Google Veo models (without audio) are 100 credits per second, and 800 credits for an 8 second generation. This is detailed in this document: Partner models in Adobe products.
