adobe firefly error

i received this error after using adobe firefly once: "An unexpected error occurred and we failed to generate an image! Please try again"

Hi @Sadegh30159583snel, are you still unable to generate an image after trying again? Are you accessing Firefly Beta from a desktop browser or a smartphone? Try switching your browser to see if the error still occurs. Log out and back in again to clear your cache.

Also note that currently, the beta is only available in the English language. Countries where Adobe Firefly beta is not available include Russia, Belarus and China. In addition, Adobe services and products cannot be used in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, or the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.
