All my Boards have disappeared. My workflow is paralyzed.

Hello,

I am reporting a critical bug where all of my Adobe Firefly Boards have vanished from my account. The issue is not browser-specific.

1. Version of the app:

  • Adobe Firefly (Web version)

2. Platform and OS version:

  • OS: macOS Sequoia 15.5

  • Browser: The issue is confirmed across multiple browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari (all latest versions).

3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem: The problem is a total loss of existing data and can be observed with these steps:

  • Log in to my Adobe Firefly account on any browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari).

  • Navigate to the "Boards" section.

  • Observe that all previously created Boards are missing.

4. Expected result and actual result:

  • Expected result: I should see all of my saved Boards containing hundreds of images and inspirations, which were present as of last night (October 15, 2025).

  • Actual result: The Boards section is completely empty on all browsers. This confirms it is a server-side or account-related issue, not a local client problem.

Additional context: These Boards are essential to my daily workflow. This data loss has paralyzed my work on key commercial projects. I am certain I did not delete the Boards. I request an immediate, high-priority investigation to restore my data and a detailed report on the cause of this failure.

Sincerely, Paweł
